  • Recombinant Human CXCL9

Recombinant human CXCL9 is expressed in E. coli, refolded and purified to yield the mature form of protein that is secreted from cells after cleavage of the signal peptide. Human CXCL9 is a 103 amino acid protein expressed by IFN-gamma macrophages and glial cells.

T-cells expressing the G protein-coupled receptor, CXCR3, will migrate and release intracellular calcium in response to CXCL9 stimulation.
