CCL28 protein is expressed in E. coli, processed, refolded and purified to yield the native, secreted form of the mature chemokine.
CCL28 is a ligand for the G protein-coupled receptors CCR10 and CCR3. It is expressed in many cell types and tissues including colon, salivary gland, mammary gland, and Paneth cells of the small intestine. CCL28 is chemotactic for CD4 and CD8 T-cells and eosinophils.
